    Hi Phil,

    Wow, I had no idea that you were such a great kite-surfer (it is a long time since I was a DKC committee member and kiter) but it is great to see you have done so well, shame I sold my kite and board otherwise I could have had a lesson or two from you.

    It was also wonderful to see how well your business is moving forward having attended only one of your smaller Referral 101 sessions I was surprised in watching your video that you host large workshops/conferences too.

    You are inspiring to watch.
