Who are talking most your unsatisfied or your satisfied customers
Most of us can say we have satisfied customers if we adhere to even basic principles of customer service
But did you know they are not the ones doing all the talking!
Did you know that a study conducted in texas* showed that the average dissatisfied customer complains to 11 people and each of those 11 will in turn tell another 5 people.
That’s 55 horror stories from one unfortunate incident.
Do you think that each of your satisfied customers is telling 55 other people about how good you are? - No I doubt it
And it is frustrating because your current good customer service alone will not turn this around.
There is a solution and that is to train your network/clients to speak pro-actively and favorably about you.
